Sweet Tooth Indulged

Sweets I don’t venture out of my neighborhood of Inman Park to often, but the other day I was in Oakhurst, a neighborhood in nearby Decatur, and I went to Sugar Moon Bake Shop. Roasted Chicken Goodness

There is nothing more comforting to me than a roasted chicken. It’s one of my favorite meals. I crank up the oven and place the washed and thoroughly dried chicken in a cast iron skillet and wait for the crispy, salty goodness to cook. Once it’s brown and crispylicious I take it out of the oven, remove the chicken and deglaze the pan with whatever white wine I’m currently consuming. Walking food tour soft launch a success!

We've had a week of successful tours! We did a soft launch for friends and family while I work to get the website up and running so everyone can come on a walking food tour! It was great to have old and new friends join me on my new adventure! The one comment I kept hearing was that it was tough to pick a favorite. I would have to agree.
