We eat most of tastings while walking outside.
- We're taking fewer guests, keeping out tours small to accommodate for proper distancing.

We require our staff and guests to wear masks, unless they're eating.
- We require guests to disclose any symptoms or if they've been exposed to Covid prior to the tour.
